Mooie, rustige villa gelegen op ca 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Dubrovnik. Lekker tuin met terras om te zitten en te relaxen.
Communiactie was perfect, snel, to the point. Flexibel met uitgifte van de sleutel.
Zeker aan te bevelen.

Bigger bedrooms than looked in the photos. Parking is well known to be difficult in Dubrovnik so I recommend if you have a large vehicle using the local daily park rental. Lovely rocky beach spot below the property. We had issues with the heating but it wasn't overly cold even in March. Shower sometimes needs to refill with warm water so space out showers. very speedy response time. Nice quiet area to relax outside of town but close enough to walk or short Uber. it was a magical vacation and would definitely visit here again.

great villa in a very good location - sea views from every room!!!! easy to get in and out of old town on foot, and food shopping relatively close but food shops closed on sundays all in all a great place to go and stay, I don't normally write airbnb reviews, but this one deserved it!

Beautiful location. Very walkable to the center and the Dubrovnik wall. Comfortable beds, good water pressure. There are stairs to all the bedrooms. Also, please note that all stores are closed on Sunday so plan accordingly.

Beautiful house. Super walkable into old town but also close to a swimming area that was not super busy. Very spacious and perfect place to stay.

Villa très bien placée et très bien équipée. Il est possible d'accéder à l'eau en descendant quelques marches d'escalier. La vieille ville est accessible à pied en 15 minutes. Et un parking est possible, ce qui est très utile car les rues sont étroites. La terrasse est bien ombragée tout au long de la journée.

Amazing location, next to steps / pathway down to the waters edge. Beds were comfortable and view was amazing. Perfect for our group of 7. Really appreciated the place to store luggage in old town.

We loved it here! Charming house in a great location - a lovely neighborhood and just steps away from an amazing swimming spot. We felt very taken care of by our hosts. We ran into an issue with the house (that was out of the hosts’ control) and they quickly dealt with it, ensuring we had a comfortable and easy stay. Highly recommend!

fuite de la climatisation dans une chambre
fuite du lave vaisselle dans la cuisine
bruit de rongeur pendant la nuit dans une des chambres...

The villa is in a great location, 15 mins walk from the old town and 10 mins from a lovely little beach with a great bar. The views from the villa are stunning, each room has a sea view. The only issue we had was the air con didn’t work in one room but after messaging the host, they sorted this out very quickly. We had a fantastic time so thank you!

Maison très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes, distance de marche de la vieille ville raisonnable (15min), logement propre et environnement agréable, check-in, check-out facile. Très bien !

La maison était très bien placée et très propre. Nous avons pu profiter du calme des lieux.
Les indications étaient claires. Une petite fuite sous l’évier de la cuisine à signaler.

Had a great time at the accomodation, specifically the view on the sea is amazing. The house is spacious and facilities are decent.
Some things to keep in mind:
- house can be a bit noisy (i.e. from the middle floor you can hear each step/word from the upper floor)
- warm water can run out if you are with many people who need to shower, plan accordingly.
- stove was a bit confusing but host helped us
- it's a 20 min walk to the old town, ensure you are up to it

The villa was beautiful with magnificent views. It was a short 15 minute walk to old town and the views along the way were amazing. The space was large and clean, and Tonci was a great host.

We stayed here as a big group with kids. The place was exactly as described and pictured. If you are traveling with kids, there is a lot walking to get to any cafes or restaurants. Also, the road the house is on is very narrow - just something to be mindful of.
Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms very beautiful and comfortable. The location was peaceful and convenient.

We booked this place specifically for the location and the number of beds
First day there was no hot water. This was repaired fairly quickly but with little communication from the host. They left the power to the entire unit off without telling us. The next 5 days there were water leaks through the ceiling every day during or after showers. This issue was blamed on improper use of the shower curtain over and over. It finally turned out that they agreed that there was a broken pipe in the wall which was causing the issue. After 6 days we were finally given the option to move for the remainder of our 3 week holiday. The new location was a 20 minute drive from old town, and much of the description of the area was false or misleading. The house itself was nice though we couldn’t open the dishwasher and there was no microwave. Airbnb was extremely difficult to deal with and only offered minimal compensation which we more than used up with Ubers. We would not stay with Tonći again or Airbnb
